Thanksgiving 2009

Nov 27, 2009

Thanksgiving in my family is all about spending time together, talking, eating, and drinking. As a Filipino-American,Thanksgiving for us is celebrating both cultures with American Food and Filipino food. The dinner table is visually set up with the turkey in the middle surrounded with Filipino food of ham, lumpia, chocolate meat, pancit, puto (steamed rice muffins) yams, lasagna, pancit, puto (steam rice muffins), pumpkin pie, flan, and cassava cake. Thank you everyone who cooked the wonderful and delicious food.

I am truly thankful for my family, friends, and life.
